Full Cover Media Ltd ("FCM", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data we collect: Contact name, email, phone number, site address, parking/access instructions, uploaded documents (RAMS, photos, permits), purchase order references.
Why we collect it: To deliver the installation service you have contracted. Our lawful basis is contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
How we store it: Data is stored in Google Workspace (ISO 27001, SOC 2/3 certified) with encryption at rest and in transit. All portal traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.
Who sees it: Only authorised FCM personnel and the assigned installation crew. We never share your data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
How long we keep it: Active job data is retained for the project duration plus 12 months. Financial records are retained for 6 years per HMRC requirements.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@fullcovermedia.co.uk.
